1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Nexaluna AI Solutions (PostMaestro.ai) is committed to making its website and application accessible to all people, regardless of disabilities or technical limitations.
We believe that everyone has the right to use digital content and services without restrictions.
This accessibility statement applies to the landing page (postmaestro.ai) and the full web application.
2. Target Standards
We follow these guidelines and standards:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA
- Accessible Information Technology Regulation (BITV 2.0)
- EN 301 549 (European standard for digital accessibility)
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) - Preparing for June 2025
PostMaestro.ai is currently in pre-release phase. We are continuously working to improve accessibility and fully meet the mentioned standards.
3. Implemented Measures
We have already implemented the following measures to improve accessibility:
3.1 Navigation and Operation
- Full keyboard navigation possible without mouse
- Skip links to bypass navigation elements
- Logical tab order for all interactive elements
- Visible focus indicator for keyboard usage
- Consistent navigation on all pages
- No time limits for interactions (or sufficiently long times)
3.2 Visual Design
- Contrast ratios according to WCAG AA (at least 4.5:1 for text)
- Dark mode and light mode for better readability
- Scalable font sizes (up to 200% without loss of functionality)
- Clear, readable typography (at least 16px base size)
- Color contrasts suitable for colorblind users
- Information not conveyed exclusively through colors
3.3 Screen Reader Support
- Semantic HTML (header, nav, main, footer, article, section)
- Alt texts for all informative images
- ARIA labels for interactive elements
- ARIA landmarks for page structure
- Understandable link texts (no 'Click here' links)
- Meaningful page titles (title tags)
- Correct HTML hierarchy (h1, h2, h3, etc.)
3.4 Content and Media
- Clear, understandable language
- Structured content with headings and lists
- Videos with subtitles (planned)
- Transcripts for audio content (planned)
- Alternative texts for complex graphics
- PDF documents with text layer (accessible)
3.5 Forms and Inputs
- Clear labels for all input fields
- Error messages and validations clearly visible
- Help text and tooltips where needed
- Sufficiently large click areas (at least 44x44px)
- Autocomplete where appropriate
3.6 Responsive Design
- Mobile-optimized for touch operation
- Flexible layouts for different screen sizes
- Horizontally and vertically scrollable without content loss
- Zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, there are currently some accessibility limitations:
- Video content does not yet have subtitles or transcripts
- Some AI-generated images may have inadequate alt texts
- Complex drag-and-drop interfaces (e.g. content calendar) are partially limited for keyboard operation
- Some animations cannot be disabled (work in progress)
- PDF export functions are not yet fully accessible
We are continuously working to address these limitations. Our goal is full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance by full release.
5. Testing and Review
We regularly conduct accessibility tests:
• Automated tests with Lighthouse, WAVE and axe DevTools
• Manual tests with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
• Keyboard navigation tests
• Contrast and color blindness simulations
• Tests with various assistive technologies
The last comprehensive review took place in November 2024.

We are continuously working to improve accessibility. Planned measures:

- Video subtitles and transcripts
- Improved keyboard navigation for complex interfaces
- Deactivation option for animations and movements
- Regular accessibility audits by external experts
- User testing with people with disabilities
- Continuous training of the development team
